Software Engineering Events in Luzern

A Hackergarten is a friendly, hands-on event where developers, designers, and open source enthusiasts come together to contribute to real projects. No talks, just hands-on. Contributions can include fixing bugs, implementing features, exploring new tech, doing design work, or even hacking on hardware. No prior open source experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and a laptop. We work in pairs or small groups, and you can either bring your own project or join one on-site. The event is free, with drinks, snacks, and pizza provided. We speak both English and German. Come and join us, meet awesome people, and let’s have a great evening together!

Wir haben ein Framework eingeführt. Es ist auf ein bestehendes System getroffen. Es hat gerieben. Und genau da fängt die Geschichte an.

Denn Transformation passiert nicht in PowerPoint-Folien — sie passiert zwischen Menschen.

Menschen mit eigenen Erfahrungen, Überzeugungen und Persönlichkeiten, die täglich entscheiden, ob ein Framework lebt oder verstaubt. Dieses Spannungsfeld aus Framework, Person und System haben wir in den letzten zwei Jahren von innen erlebt — mit allem, was dazugehört: Erkenntnisse, Fehler, Überraschungen und echte Fortschritte.
Wir beleuchten kritisch und ehrlich unser Wirkungsdreieck aus Framework, Person und System. Und wir laden ein, nicht nur zuzuhören, sondern mitzudenken, zu hinterfragen und eigene Erfahrungen einzubringen.

Isabel begleitet Menschen, Teams und Organisationen bei Digitalisierung, agiler Zusammenarbeit und Veränderung. Sie verbindet Agilität, Leadership, Selbstorganisation und systemische Organisationsentwicklung, um pragmatische Lösungen zu entwickeln und Eigenverantwortung, Lernbereitschaft sowie Veränderungsfähigkeit zu stärken.
Martin, ist seit 12 Jahren im agilen Umfeld unterwegs. War mit Herzblut SM. Das Herzblut für agile Vorgehen, Konzepte Ansichten sind geblieben, die Rolle Scrum Master nicht mehr. Vertritt agile Konzepte mit viel Enthusiasmus und gibt sein Wissen und seine Ansichten auch gerne weiter. Immer mit dem Ziel, ein besseres Arbeiten zu ermöglichen. Martin ist Mitorganisator des Agile Breakfast Luzern. In seiner Freizeit ist er ein Familienmensch mit einem grünen Daumen.
