Common Ground biedt gemeenten een toekomstbestendige manier om dienstverlening sneller, slimmer en betaalbaarder te digitaliseren. Dankzij het open-sourcefundament behouden gemeenten de regie over hun processen, data en technologie, terwijl zij klein kunnen beginnen en eenvoudig kunnen opschalen.
Tijdens deze meet-up laten wij zien hoe eenvoudig de overstap naar Common Ground kan zijn. Aan de hand van het Generieke Zaakafhandelcomponent (GZAC) demonstreren we hoe vergunningen en aanvragen efficiënt kunnen worden ingericht, geautomatiseerd en verder geoptimaliseerd.
Vervolgens deelt de gemeente Den Haag haar praktijkervaringen met GZAC en Common Ground. Tijdens een live demonstratie nemen zij u stap voor stap mee door een recent ontwikkeld proces en laten zij zien hoe procesgericht werken leidt tot meer flexibiliteit, minder leveranciersafhankelijkheid en een toekomstbestendige dienstverlening.

Over Hans Peter Ros
Hans Peter Ros is projectmanager bij de gemeente Den Haag en heeft ruime ervaring binnen informatiemanagement, procesmanagement en zaakgericht werken. In zijn loopbaan vervulde hij onder andere rollen als informatiemanager, business analist en product owner, waarbij hij zich bezighield met het verbeteren en digitaliseren van gemeentelijke processen. Hij is betrokken bij het verbinden van generieke componenten van het gemeentelijke Zaakgericht Werken Platform met externe voorzieningen, waarmee hij processen toegankelijker en efficiënter wist in te richten.

De ingang is open; als u binnenkomt, neemt u de liften aan de linkerkant naar de vierde verdieping.

🚆 Openbaar vervoer
Het kantoor ligt op loopafstand van het treinstation van Voorburg, en er zijn bushaltes vlak voor de deur.

🚗 Parkeren
Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid in parkeergarage P3 aan de kant van de Regulusweg. De slagboom staat open; nadat u geparkeerd hebt, moet u om het gebouw heen lopen om bij de hoofdingang te komen.
