Kako izgleda prelazak iz isporuke funkcionalnosti u rešavanje stvarnih problema? I šta se zapravo desi kada organizacija pokuša da uvede Product Operating Model — ne u teoriji, već u praksi?
Na ovom predavanju sa Dejanom Pavlukovićem zavirićemo iza kulisa jedne organizacione promene u Infostudu (Inspira Grupa) — od pokušaja da se uvede product način rada, preko paralelnih sistema i različitih očekivanja, do realnih posledica koje takve promene nose.
Pričaćemo o tome kako izgleda kada mali timovi počnu da rade drugačije dok ostatak organizacije funkcioniše po starom, kako biznis očekuje rezultate unapred, i zašto svaka promena — čak i kada ide u dobrom smeru — prvo donosi haos pre nego što donese rezultat.
Kroz konkretne primere (fakedoor eksperimente, validaciju ideja i promašaje), videćemo šta znači testirati pre nego što se gradi — ali i šta se desi kada to preskočimo. Od funkcionalnosti koje porastu 4x kada pogode pravi problem, do meseci rada uloženih u rešenja koja niko ne koristi.

Dejan Pavluković ima više od 13 godina iskustva u productu i prošao je sve uloge — od Product Ownera do Head of Product u Infostudu. Danas, zajedno sa pilot timom, radi na uvođenju novog načina rada i organizacionim promenama unutar kompanije.
Radio je na proizvodima kao što su Poslovi.infostud.com, HelloWorld.rs i IT Insajder, kao i na sistemima za monetizaciju, matching i internim alatima.
Njegovo iskustvo dolazi iz realnih pokušaja da se product principi primene u velikom sistemu — sa svim izazovima koje to nosi.
