IxDA SVG: Bryne Meetup – Build what you design

Most designers have an idea that never made it past Figma. This evening, Line Hjartarson will help you bring that idea to life.

Line will start with a short talk on how she works with design now that AI is part of the process. In client work, she still begins with structure, not screens: what to build, for whom, and in what order. From there, things move fast. She builds from her own design system, so every prototype and document starts from the same components, and AI works within those rules instead of inventing new ones. She'll show where this approach works and where it still breaks.

Then it's your turn to build. Bring an idea and a laptop. If you want to try something new, there will be free Lovable credits available for the evening. No coding experience needed.
The last time Line ran a session like this, most participants had never built an app before. By the end, most of them had published one.

Line Hjartarson is a designer and developer with over 15 years of experience in tech. She runs Aline, a design and tech studio in Stavanger.
She started her career writing code before moving into design leadership roles at Cognite and Omny, where she worked on data models, no-code tooling, and design systems.

Today, she helps founders and product teams build with AI and teaches others to do the same. She was Lovable's first ambassador in Norway, hosting community events in Stavanger, and won a Lovable buildathon by building a product in just 48 hours.
