Leadership Day 2027
About this event
Leadership Day 2027 brings together studio founders, executives, and senior decision-makers from across the Irish games industry for a focused day of leadership development, strategic discussion, and peer-to-peer learning in Dublin. Designed specifically for games industry leaders, the event explores topics such as studio growth, team performance, company culture, leadership challenges, emerging technologies, and building resilient businesses in an evolving market.
The summit combines practical leadership training with high-value networking opportunities, creating an environment where attendees can share experiences, gain actionable insights, and build meaningful industry connections. Following the daytime programme, participants can join the evening reception, which is open to the wider Irish games community and offers additional opportunities to connect with international speakers, studio founders, and industry professionals.
