What does it actually take to think differently before you ask others to?

Florian Marcard, VP Engineering at Bosch, was part of building toward AI First at Bosch Lund, embedding AI into how the work actually gets done. Before asking anyone else to change how they think, he changed how he thinks.

For the past years he has run his own work on an AI system he built himself, and used it to lead an R&D center of 250 engineers across nine divisions. He will show what it changed about the way he led, where it was quietly wrong, and the question of how AI influences the leadership of tomorrow.

We'll explore:

01 Adapting it for yourself first: how one leader brought AI into the way he actually works, and made it his own before asking his teams to follow.

02 What breaks at month six: where a system that looks fine is quietly wrong, and why that is the same reason so many enterprise AI programs stall.

03 Disagreement by design: a system built to argue back, catching the pattern you were about to walk past before a room full of people does.

The key question: What would it take to be disagreed with by your own system before you walk into the room?
