Unveiling FounderOS
About this event
RSVP on our site to hold your spot: vibecodelisboa.com/events/unveiling-founderos. That is the official guest list, and RSVPs there get the hi-res screen recording of the session plus links to everything demonstrated.
Agentic AI tools have democratized who can create apps but the common refrain from VCL students is "I know HOW to build now but do you have a system that helps me with WHAT to build?"
FounderOS is that system and this the initial public unveil of how it works.
So what is FounderOS?
A step-by-step staged approach that takes you from "I don't even have an idea" to an audience you deeply understand, a reliable fountain of limitless educational content you can use to communicate with them and build trust, and a product that emerges from their real problems. You work through a gated series of deliverables to get to full proficiency and sovereignty.
It builds upon proven entrepreneurial frameworks like: Amy Hoy and Alex Hillman's 30x500, Steve Blank's Customer Development, Rob Fitzpatrick's The Mom Test, Clayton Christensen's Jobs to Be Done, Ash Maurya's Running Lean and Alex Osterwalder's Business Model Canvas. FounderOS stitches them into one unified system and enables you to use agents for the grunt work. Think of it as the grand unified field theory of early-stage side hustle building.
Plan for the evening
We'll take one person from the room through FounderOS live, starting from zero:
- Pick an audience. The group of people you want to serve.
- Find where they hang out. The forums, subreddits and communities where they talk.
- Do systematic market research. Comb through real threads for the problems people complain about, in their own words to gather primary source material.
- Develop deep customer empathy. Take structured notes on what people are saying out in the wild, then make sense of it and extract invaluable insights.
- Write your first piece of calibrated educational content. Develop a mini fix to one of their pains and ship it. This is how you build your list and earn trust before you have anything to sell.
Then we unlock the advanced tools: ThreadScout, custom podcast coaching, tablet integration for offline reading and annotations, Personas, clustering… you'll see how to steer FounderOS and use it to develop your first product and launch.
What you will walk away with
- The whole path, in order. From no idea, to an audience, to useful content people actually want, to a product direction grounded in what they need.
- A live example run from scratch. A real audience, real threads and a real first mini-solution that did not exist.
- The makings of a launch. How the trust you build with content turns into your first customers.
- Answers to your own questions, including whatever is blocking a project you already have in mind.
Bring your laptop if you want to follow along. Bring any stumper questions you have from whatever you're currently working on.

WANT TO GO DEEPER? On 11 to 13 December we run the Agentic AI Mastery Weekend, a three-day crash course at DOMA in Mafra. You learn how to build software with these tools, set up Behalf.bot as your own executive assistant and learn the process for delegating real work to it and using it as a force multiplier. Launching a side hustle is the substrate we use for teaching these powerful tools. Six spots, applications close 3 December. Attendees of this talk get access to early-bird pricing even after expiry.
