Abstract: We readily recognize the flaws of artificial intelligence: hallucinations, bias, inconsistency, misinformation, manipulation, and uncertain alignment. But what happens when we turn the mirror around? This talk challenges our assumptions about intelligence by exploring how remarkably similar patterns shape human thinking and behavior. From the illusion of rationality to the hidden influence of emotions, we will ask an uncomfortable question: do we really understand intelligence, understanding or thoughts as well as we think we do?

This exploratory practitioner research collects perspectives from AI professionals, software engineers, researchers, educators, hiring professionals and people preparing to enter the field. It explores the importance of technical foundations, practical projects, qualifications, certifications, previous professional experience and transferable skills, as well as which capabilities are likely to remain valuable as AI technologies continue to evolve.

Wir starten mit einem kleinen Überblick zu AI-Native SAFe® und wie es die Zukunft skaliert-agiler Organisationen prägt.

Dann gehen wir in die Praxis: Das Value Team Order2Cash bei DB InfraGO hat eine KI-First-Strategie in einem Pilot-ART erprobt und rollt sie jetzt auf alle ARTs aus. Beim SAFe Meetup Frankfurt berichten Holger und Uwe aus der Praxis: Was funktioniert, was scheitert – und warum „KI Builds It – KI Runs It – We Own It" kein Marketing-Claim ist, sondern ein konkretes Betriebsmodell.

- Den Weg vom Piloten zum Rollout auf die anderen ARTs
- Wie sich Zusammenarbeit innerhalb und zwischen Teams verändert, wenn KI die Implementierung übernimmt

Uwe Sülter arbeitet als Value Team Architekt bei der DB InfraGO AG an der Transformation von Softwareentwicklung durch Künstliche Intelligenz. Er beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie Teams generative KI nicht nur als Coding-Assistenten, sondern als festen Bestandteil eines durchgängigen Engineering-Prozesses einsetzen können: für bessere Anforderungen, belastbarere Architekturen, schnellere Implementierung, automatisierte Tests, fundiertere Reviews und zuverlässigen Betrieb.

Holger Wiese ist Lead Release Train Engineer (RTE) und als ASPC (SAFe) begeisterter Mitgestalter der Digitalen Transformation in diversen Funktionen rund um AI, Agilität und SAFe. AI ändert gerade alle Bedürfnisse und Workflows in der Zusammenarbeit.
Als zertifizierter Senior Projektmanager bin ich aktives Mitglied der GPM (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e.V.) und Lehrbeauftragter an der Dualen Hochschule Baden-Württemberg, Mannheim (DHBW).
