• What is AI Builders?
  A nonprofit community of 6000+ AI builders running 100+ events a year across Amsterdam, Berlin, London, Lisbon, Rotterdam & Miami. All volunteer-driven. All in-person. Maximum community vibes since 2023.

• Why the donation? Two reasons:

1. So we can count heads (venues have max capacity, pizza has a shelf life)
2. Sponsors don't cover everything yet. Every euro goes back into the community.

• Can I co-host?
  Message Jan if we still need co-hosts, or grab a free ticket. You arrive 1.5h early, help with setup and welcoming. In return: you meet literally everyone. Fastest networking hack we know.

• I'm not technical - can I come?

Absolutely. But to get the most out of it, you should be comfortable with concepts like LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and API calls. Not sure what those mean? Ask any chatbot - that's what they're for.

• Why bother going to meetups in 2026?
  80+ builders in the room. 6000+ in the community. Talks with actual code, not thought-leadership slides. Good pizza. Bad jokes. The kind of conversations that turn into side projects, first clients, and startups.

sunday morning, it's when agent builders get together to hang out, exchange ideas, and build. if you're orchestrating multi-agent workflows, trusting your agents to ship code, or building products powered by autonomous AI - you're home.

the drop (first ~45 min):
we kick things off with one or two log drops - max 15-minute demos, discoveries, or hot takes where everyone gathers round. discussion after each. no slides required. no polished talks. just "here's something worth chewing on."
got something you want to drop? reach out to hosts and we'll get you a slot.

open studio (rest of the day):
no agenda. zero lecture time. just good people, laptops, caffeine, and good vibes.

what can happen (totally optional)

• trade tips & tricks - share an agent pattern, orchestration hack, or workflow that clicked.
• demo a work-in-progress - get feedback on your agent stack or just flex your latest build.
• pair up, unblock each other, or tackle a mini challenge together.
• solo deep-work - pop in headphones and grind on your own repo.
• random chat - agent frameworks, startup ideas, life as a builder… whatever sparks.
• drop a log of your own - less formal than the drop, just grab a few people and share what you're working on.

show up with whatever energy you've got; some weeks the room is full of networking vibe, other weeks it's a quiet co-working bubble. all good.

In einem Agentic Co-Creation Prompt-a-thon® erleben die Teilnehmenden „Agents in Action" und entwerfen gemeinsam die Zukunft Hamburgs.

GrowAP Hamburg: Growing with Agents – Prompt-a-thon

In unserem Agentic Co-Creation Prompt-a-thon® GrowAP! Hamburg arbeiten die Teilnehmenden gemeinsam mit verschiedenen KI-Agenten in Teams an konkreten Challenges und entwickeln konkrete Impulse für die Zukunft Hamburgs. Das Pre-Event zum KI-Summit macht persönlich erfahrbar, wie ein möglicher Arbeitstag von morgen aussehen könnte.

Wie unterschiedlich agieren KI-Agenten und wie bindet man sie erfolgreich in Organisationprojekte ein? In unserem interaktiven Live-Format GrowAP Hamburg: Growing with Agents – Prompt-a-thon gehen die Teilnehmenden dieser Frage ganz praktisch in Gruppen-Challenges nach. Im Mittelpunkt stehen kreative Lösungsansätze, kollaboratives Arbeiten und der Aufbau von Zukunftskompetenzen rund um Künstliche Intelligenz. Eine Veranstaltung für alle, die KI nicht nur verstehen, sondern aktiv gestalten möchten.

Der GrowAP! baut auf dem von der Promptathon® GmbH (eine Ausgründung der Universität Hamburg) vielfach erprobten Promptathon®-Format auf und erweitert es um eine neue Choreografie aus Mensch, KI-Agenten und hybrider Synthese. Statt ins Allgemeine zu gehen, nehmen wir konkrete Entwicklungschancen in den Blick, die Hamburg prägen: von Logistik und Commerce, über Spitzenforschung und Deeptech bis hin zu Sport, Kreativität und Stadtentwicklung.

Das Ziel: Wir erarbeiten einen gemeinsamen Standpunkt zu „KI-Agenten & Entwicklungschancen für Hamburg" mit 5–8 diskutierbaren Thesen/Entwürfen für Hamburg – falsifizierbar, mehrstimmig und anschlussfähig.

Abschließend findet eine kritische Diskussion der Ergebnisse sowie des Erlebnisses statt. Ein Expertenpanel gibt einen Ausblick in die Arbeitswelt von morgen.

Durchgeführt und realisiert wird dies von ThIS! - The Interface Society e.V. in Zusammenarbeit mit der Promptathon® GmbH / Universität Hamburg.

Hinweis zur Teilnahme:
Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit GenKI werden vorausgesetzt. Ein eigenes Endgerät (Laptop, Tablet, Smartphone) ist mitzubringen. Die Teilnahme ist kostenfrei, aber nur nach vorheriger Anmeldung möglich.

Die Anmeldung zum Promptathon umfasst nicht automatisch die Teilnahme am KI Summit. Hierfür ist eine gesonderte Anmeldung unter https://ki-summit.hamburg notwendig.

Wir laden euch herzlich ein, uns jeden letzten Dienstag im Monat von 18:30– 21 Uhr im ZOË ("Sofabar", Neuer Pferdemarkt 17, Hamburg Sternschanze, linker Eingang) zu treffen.

Trefft andere KI- und Technikinteressierte bei unserem etablierten KI-Stammtisch, der seit mehr als drei Jahren die Hamburger KI-Szene zusammenbringt. Beim AI Mix & Mingle in der Sofabar könnt ihr in lockerer Atmosphäre Gedanken austauschen oder über eure KI-Projekte sprechen. Es gibt keine Vorträge. Der Fokus liegt auf dem Austausch und dem Knüpfen von Kontakten.

Eure Anmeldung ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, aber sehr willkommen: Für eine bessere Planung würden wir uns freuen, wenn ihr euch vorher über Eventbrite anmeldet. Ihr dürft aber auch spontan vorbeischauen, um mit uns und anderen Netzwerke schmieden und interessante Gespräche über KI und die Welt zu führen!

We meet every last tuesday of the month for our AI Mix and Mingle. We meet 6:30–9 pm at ZOË (Neuer Pferdemarkt 10, Hamburg Sternschanze).

Meet other AI and tech enthusiasts at our well-established AI Meetup, bringing together the Hamburg AI scene for more than three years. Join us for the AI Mix & Mingle at Sofabar, where you can chat casually, exchange ideas, or discuss your AI projects. There are no presentations—the focus is on networking and open conversation.
