Applying AI Events in Sofia

Have you ever wanted to create your own AI agent that can do certain tasks for you ? If so, come and join us on Nov 3, 2026 for a walkthrough on creating an AI agent. (Important: The event requires a mandatory registration)

Large Language Models (LLM) have gotten really good at doing tasks - fetching information, processing it, and taking action on behalf of the user. This allows us to create an agent that can solve a specific task - write code, create images, or just give you guidance on how to cook a good meal.

In this meetup, we will see how to build an agent that can analyse images, search the web and still be up for a chat. We will start this from scratch, using the agent platform Agno. The task to solve will not be a simple or a trivial one, so make sure to not miss this event.

After the agents starts working, we can have a quick chat and enjoy some drinks and food (provided by SiteGround)

Speaker bio:
Alexander Ignatov has 9 years of various software engineering and research experience, including web dev, iOS dev, machine learning research, MLOps and AI engineering. He currently works as an AI engineer at Siteground. Python is his "mother tongue", and together with Lyubo they teach the language to bachelor and masters students of Sofia university as part of their elective discipline. They also organize and co-host PyData Sofia meetup events regularly.
