Vi är många som vill infria AI-löftet om tidsbesparingar, förbättrad kundupplevelse och stärkta möjligheter att utveckla nya tjänster och produkter. Men även om verktygen är på plats är det ofta svårt att gå från tankar om var AI skapar störst värde i verksamheten till att infria potentialen.

På Berghs har vi sedan 1941 arbetat med att skapa förutsättningar för människor att skapa och stärka sina professionella förmågor. Vi vet att effekt kräver mer än teknik. Framgång kommer först när medarbetare får utforska och utveckla nya sätt att arbeta med en skarp målbild att knyta lärandet till. Det är utgångspunkten för Berghs AI Success Cases.

Under 12 veckor arbetar ett utvalt team med en konkret utmaning i verksamheten, testar lösningar med AI, och bygger förmågorna som krävs för att fortsätta utveckla arbetet efter programmets slut.

Under morgonen delar Berghs vd Camilla Wallander sitt perspektiv på varför detta är en ledningsfråga och Joakim Thulin, Head of Insights, bidrar med insikter om AI och förändringsarbete.

Vi presenterar Berghs modell för Capability Acceleration, och vi delar konkreta erfarenheter och råd från förändringsarbete med AI.

Du får också delta i en kort value mapping-övning för att utforska var AI kan skapa värde i din verksamhet.

A hands-on workshop for freelancers who want to create content that communicates their expertise and helps potential clients understand what they offer, without sounding generic or spending hours staring at a blank page.

Participants will learn the basic content knowledge, how to give AI the right context, generate relevant content ideas, and edit the output so it reflects their own voice.

We will focus on Instagram examples, with a process that can also be applied to LinkedIn.

Each participant will leave with at least three tailored content ideas, one ready-to-use post draft, and a reusable prompt framework.

The workshop will be delivered in English. No previous AI experience is required.

The workshop is designed for freelancers who want to communicate their services more clearly and use content to start conversations with potential clients. Its purpose is to make AI-assisted content creation practical and approachable, while keeping each participant’s expertise, personality and judgement at the centre.

About the host: Sofía Vallejo

Sofía Vallejo works on personal-brand strategy, storytelling and content creation, with a particular focus on Instagram. Her client work includes content planning, scripts and launch materials, and she uses AI tools to support research, ideation and drafting. In this workshop, she will share a practical process for turning professional expertise into content, using AI as a supporting tool rather than a replacement for the person’s own voice.

Möt AI-forskaren och kompositören Ali Nikrang i ett samtal om hur artificiell intelligens och generativa tekniker formar det kreativa landskapet. Under kvällen presenterar även kontrabassisten och konstnären Adam Pultz en installation av ”The Spectral Parrot” – ett självspelande instrument styrt av maskininlärning.

Artificiell intelligens i musik har på kort tid blivit ett av samtidens mest omdiskuterade ämnen. Den snabba utvecklingen väcker frågor om autenticitet, konstnärlig integritet och hållbarhet. Samtidigt är maskiner och generativa tekniker inom musik inget nytt fenomen. Kompositörer och konstnärer har i decennier använt och utvecklat ny teknik vilket historiskt ofta väckt både entusiasm och oro.

I ett samtal med professor Ali Nikrang närmar vi oss AI och generativa tekniker i musik ur ett etiskt, historiskt och kulturellt perspektiv. I samtalet kommer han även att gå in på vad som händer med kroppen, performativ kunskap och konstnärliga traditioner när AI präglar skapandet. Ali Nikrang är multidisciplinär konstnär, kompositör och AI-forskare. I hans arbete vid Hochschule für Musik und Theater München och Ars Electronica Futurelab, förenar han utveckling av AI-baserade system med komposition samt konstnärlig och vetenskaplig forskning.

Evenemanget arrangeras i samarbete med Fylkingen och Tyska Ambassaden i Stockholm.

Upplev maskininlärning i realtid i vårt bibliotek!

Under kvällen finns också möjlighet att se en installation av verket The Spectral Parrot av den Berlinbaserade kompositören och kontrabassisten Adam Pultz. Verket är ett självspelande instrument med åtta strängar. Med hjälp av motorer och artificiell intelligens stäms dessa strängar och genom att lyssna på ljud lär sig The Spectral Parrot gradvis att efterlikna (härma) olika klanger.

Till skillnad från många AI-system, såsom Chat GPT eller Copilot, som tränas i accelererande hastighet i digitala miljöer, lär sig The Spectral Parrot i den fysiska världen. Eftersom instrumentet måste stämma sina strängar och skapa verkliga ljud tar inlärningen lång tid och blir ett sätt att i realtid uppleva maskininlärning på nära håll.

Adam Pultz kommer under kvällen att presentera The Spectral Parrot, och ge en kort introduktion till verket där det också finns möjlighet att ställa frågor.

Vi välkomnar alla gäster att tillsammans avsluta kvällen med mingel i vårt bibliotek.

På festivalen Visioner av Nuet utforskas relationen mellan konst och teknologi. Festivalen arrangerades för första gången av Fylkingen på Tekniska museet 1966. Årets upplaga markerar därmed 60-årsjubileet och äger rum den 12-14 november på Tekniska museet, Fylkingen och Goethe-Institut Schweden.

Genom arkivmaterial, konserter, ljudkonst och samtal får publiken både återvända till festivalen 1966 och uppleva samtida verk. Samtida elektronmusik och ljudkonst möter historien och visar hur ny teknik fortsätter att forma konstnärliga uttryck.

Vi börjar med mingel följt av en kort inramning av dagens tema. Därefter blir det lunch och samtal runt borden. Här möts olika erfarenheter och perspektiv för att diskutera kring praktiska frågeställningar som många företag står inför just nu.

​Meetup #42 will take the shape of a full day 12h Hackathon!!! Bring your laptops and your hacking chops and let's go! (And yes, there will be food, drinks and refreshments throughout the day!)

​The hackathon is centred around a single challenge:

​Build a web-based agent that performs real work - writing and running code, or operating a real browser - with every action contained inside a sandbox running on Vultr. Your system should act as a centralized control layer that plans a task, dispatches it to an isolated execution environment, and returns verifiable output.

​Projects should demonstrate multi-step agentic workflows, real executed results rather than described ones, and a production-style web application - all running on Vultr infrastructure.

​Containment-first is required. An agent that only chats is a demo; an agent that executes safely is a product.

​There will be a team from Vultr on-site to help guide you through the day! More detailed agenda will be provided. Stay tuned!

​Who should participate?
​Developers, AI/ML and platform engineers, and technical founders building agentic applications. Participants will work in teams of 2–4. If you show up solo, we'll help you join/form a team!

Pre-reqs
​Laptop and GitHub account, working Python (or TypeScript) and API experience, and basic LLM familiarity. No special hardware needed. Vultr will provide credits for cloud compute, and we'll share a short prep guide beforehand.

Prizes
​The three most impressive projects formally submitted will all receive cash prizes and additional Vultr credits! (More on this later... Stay tuned!)

Hackathon Infrastructure

• ​Deploy a VM-based backend on Vultr (mandatory)
• ​Agent LLM calls must go through Vultr Serverless Inference (mandatory)

Build your own AI email agent in 3 hours with no coding required. You will connect Gmail, set your agent’s rules and tone, and leave with a fully working system that reads incoming emails, writes personalised replies in your voice, runs a quality check, and sends automatically when you tell it to.

The workshop is kept intentionally small at max 25 seats so every participant gets real hands-on help. We move at a structured pace but nobody gets left behind. If your agent is not working by the end, we stay until it is.
