AI förändrar redan hur kreativa verksamheter planerar, kommunicerar, analyserar, dokumenterar och utvecklar sitt arbete. Men för många är den mest användbara frågan inte längre “Ska vi testa AI?” utan snarare: “Vad ska vi faktiskt använda det till?”

Den här kursen är för dig som vill gå från nyfikenhet till praktisk användning. I stället för att fokusera på enskilda verktyg kommer deltagarna att utforska hur AI kan användas för att lösa konkreta utmaningar i den egna verksamheten; underlätta administration, ta vara på kunskap, förstå publik och omvärld, för att på så sätt frigöra mer tid för skapande, utveckling och strategiskt arbete.

Under två halvdagar arbetar du med ett eget case och börjar bygga ett AI-stött arbetsflöde, en assistent eller en kunskapsresurs som kan användas direkt i din vardag. Kursen kombinerar inspiration, praktiska övningar, gemensamt lärande och handledning.

Kursen riktar sig till professionella inom kulturella och kreativa branscher i Skåne, samt individer som har kreativa roller inom andra sektorer.

Den passar både egenföretagare, mindre team och större organisationer. Du kan till exempel arbeta med produktion, kommunikation, projektledning, ledarskap, publikarbete, administration, finansiering, strategi eller kreativ utveckling.

Kursen är relevant både för dig som redan har börjat experimentera med AI och för dig som fortfarande funderar på var du ska börja. Fokus ligger på praktisk användning, gemensam utforskning och på att hitta arbetssätt som faktiskt gör nytta i just din verksamhet.

Under kursen får du:

• Identifiera konkreta möjligheter att använda AI i din egen verksamhet
• Utforska hur AI kan minska repetitiv administration och stötta arbete med planering, koordinering, dokumentation, ansökningar och rapportering
• Lära dig hur AI kan användas för att förstå målgrupper, följa trender, utveckla kommunikation och stärka strategiskt tänkande
• Kartlägga arbetsflöden där AI kan spara tid, höja kvaliteten eller hjälpa viktig kunskap att stanna kvar i organisationen
• Förstå hur material, instruktioner och exempel kan struktureras för att skapa användbara AI-stödda resurser
• Börja bygga en egen AI-assistent, kunskapsbank eller liknande lösning

Kursen består av två halvdagar, med eget arbete och möjlighet till digital handledning mellan träffarna.

Tillsammans utforskar vi vad som redan fungerar, vad som känns svårt och vilka frågor AI väcker i relation till kreativt arbete. Vi pratar också om farhågor och möjligheter kopplade till kvalitet, kreativitet, upphovsrätt och framtida yrkesroller.

Därefter kartlägger du din egen verksamhet för att identifiera var AI skulle kunna skapa mest värde. Det kan handla om en administrativ uppgift som tar mycket tid, ett återkommande arbetsflöde, kunskap som riskerar att gå förlorad eller ett område som ofta skjuts upp för att det helt enkelt finns för mycket annat att göra. I slutet av träffen väljer varje deltagare en konkret utmaning eller ett arbetsområde att utveckla vidare under kursens gång.

Mellan träffarna arbetar du vidare med ditt valda område och samlar relevant material från din egen verksamhet. Det kan till exempel vara dokument, mallar, rapporter, riktlinjer, kommunikationsmaterial eller annat underlag som kan användas för att bygga en AI-assistent, kunskapsbank eller ett återanvändbart arbetsflöde.

Digital handledning erbjuds för dig som vill diskutera idéer, få feedback eller hjälp att komma vidare.

Digital workshop

Den andra träffen fokuserar på att bygga. Du arbetar vidare med ditt eget case och börjar skapa en AI-assistent, kunskapsbank eller annan AI-stödd lösning som kan användas i din verksamhet.

Exempel på vad deltagare kan bygga:

• En assistent för ansökningar
• En kommunikationsassistent
• En produktions- eller projektassistent
• Ett stöd för publik- eller målgruppsanalys
• Ett flöde för omvärldsbevakning
• En kunskapsbank för organisationen eller ett specifikt projekt
• En assistent för rapportering och dokumentation

Fokus ligger på att skapa en första fungerande version. Du får arbeta med att samla och strukturera relevant material, formulera instruktioner, testa olika arbetssätt och förbättra lösningen steg för steg.

Kursen avslutas med demo, feedback och en enkel handlingsplan för hur du kan fortsätta använda och utveckla din lösning efter kursens slut.

Kursen leds av Paulina Modlitba, en av Sveriges främsta röster inom teknik, innovation och digital transformation.

Paulina är ängelinvesterare, styrelseproffs, föreläsare och konsult, och hjälper organisationer att förstå och använda ny teknik på meningsfulla sätt. Hon har bakgrund från KTH och MIT, där hon bland annat har studerat och forskat kring robot-människa-interaktion, maskininlärning och teknik som assisterar individer på autismspektrumet.

Under de senaste 15 åren har Paulina varit verksam i stora delar av det digitala ekosystemet, från affärsutveckling och framtidsbevakning på Bonnier R&D till digital produktutveckling och marknadsföring på bolag som Stardoll och Toca Boca. Genom sin konsultverksamhet har hon arbetat med kunder som SVT, Sveriges Radio, Bonnier AB, IDG, Nobel Media, Vinnova, KTH och Tillväxtverket.

Hon har också varit programredaktör för konferenser som Webbdagarna, Women in Tech och Tidskriftsdagarna, samt utvecklat Teklafestivalen tillsammans med Robyn och KTH. År 2025 släppte hon boken Vad fan ska vi med AI till? – Affärsutveckling & innovation med AI på Natur & Kultur.

Kostnad: Kursen är kostnadsfritt tack vare stöd från Europeiska Socialfonden, men du måste anmäla dig (se nedan). Du bekostar själv licensavgiften för viss programvara motsvarande ca 250 kr, och prenumerationen går att avsluta direkt efter kursen om du inte önskar behålla den.

Material: Material: Du behöver ha med dig egen dator och installera viss programvara. Du får tydliga instruktioner om detta i god tid innan kursen startar.

Språk: Svenska

Förkunskaper: Inga programmeringskunskaper krävs. Du tar med dig en konkret utmaning, ett arbetsflöde eller ett område från din egen verksamhet som du vill utforska under kursen.
