Engineering Leadership Events in Frankfurt am Main

Gude, Product People! 👋
GenAI makes product teams dramatically faster: more ideas, more prototypes, more code. But speed at the task level isn't the whole story. As AI moves from tool to teammate, it quietly rewires the things that make product organizations work: autonomy, clarity, ownership, trust, and the sense that your own contribution still matters.

Prof. Dr. Lutz Göcke cuts through the AI hype to the organizational reality. He shows where AI creates real leverage across the product lifecycle – and where it creates new fault lines: shrinking autonomy, blurred roles between PM, design and engineering, the quiet fear of being replaced, and unclear accountability when "the AI did it".

The uncomfortable truth: more output doesn't automatically mean a better product or a healthier organization. The reflex is to push for more speed. The real task is one of leadership and design.

🎯 What to expect:
• Where AI actually speeds you up – and where it quietly breaks your team
• Exclusive first look: unpublished data from a live study on AI & product work in 2030
• 6 bold theses to fight over – agree, disagree, argue it out
• Great conversations, cold drinks & pizza 🍕 (thanks to R3ASON)

Whether you're a PM, engineering lead, or in product leadership yourself: if you've felt the org-level side effects of "AI-first" without quite being able to name them, this evening is for you.
