Engineering Leadership Events in Zurich
Events for engineering managers, CTOs, product leaders, and the people running technical teams sit in their own category. There's enough specific content for senior-plus practitioners that putting it under "software engineering" would bury it. This page tracks conferences and meetups aimed at the people leading the work rather than doing it directly.
This page narrows the Zurich calendar to Engineering Leadership events. It's a subset of Switzerland's wider tech-event schedule, useful when you want something specific to go to in the city this month.
Zurich sustains one of the most research-dense tech-event calendars in Europe, anchored by ETH Zurich and the broader Swiss research ecosystem. ML-research, systems, and programming-languages communities are particularly strong. This is one of the places in Europe where compiler, distributed-systems, and cryptography research still has a community event presence in the form of guild nights, reading groups, and visiting-speaker series.

Partizipative Agilität beim Strassenverkehrsamt
Zurich, 🇨🇠Switzerland

How We Build a Multi-AZ Cloud in Switzerland
As a cloud provider, we spent significant time finding a solution to build a multi-AZ IaaS offering. Our goals were to find the best orchestrator, a very high availability system, and a fully secure setup for our customers. Embedding Quality Process in Agile Product Delivery
Quality is said to be built in when using agile delivery approaches, thanks to early and ongoing testing without the formal techniques used in traditional approaches. In interlinked projects, however, applying dedicated quality management processes and techniques helps teams consistently deliver fit-for-purpose agile products. Implementing these techniques has defined a new direction in multiple agile projects. In this session, you will learn how to define quality process techniques within an agile framework, and how to apply them across multiple projects, including scrum-of-scrum setups.

Geetanjali is a dedicated quality specialist focused on quality process implementation across agile environments. She is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and Scrum Master (CSM) with strong expertise in QA management using Agile and SDLC methodologies across domains such as CRM, life sciences, and web applications.
