Hoe bouw je robuuste AI agents in de praktijk? Florian toont zijn aanpak met de Anthropic Agent SDK, van architectuur en testing tot deployment. Inclusief aandacht voor authenticatie, logging en auditing in een productieomgeving.

Wat gebeurt er als je klassieke ITSM-principes combineert met een multi-agent AI-aanpak?
