Tech Events in Kortrijk

Graag nodigen we je uit voor de jaarlijkse update van onderzoeksgroep Predictive AI & Digital Shift van VIVES op maandag 16 november, van 13u tot 17u.

Het voorbije jaar hebben we samen met bedrijven uit de praktijk aan heel wat projecten gewerkt. Tijdens deze namiddag tonen we wat die projecten opgeleverd hebben. We leggen telkens de concepten uit, bespreken concrete voorbeelden en laten live demo's zien. We focussen op drie domeinen:

• Demand forecasting: vraag beter voorspellen, van productie tot foodservice
• Inventory management: voorraden slimmer sturen, met minder verspilling en minder tekorten
• Predictive cybersecurity: risico's zien aankomen voordat ze een probleem worden

In het tweede deel gaan we met jou aan de slag. In een interactieve AI opportunity workshop brengen we samen in kaart waar AI voor jouw organisatie het verschil kan maken, en welke toepassingen de moeite waard zijn om verder te onderzoeken.

Ten+ editions in, and three years of getting together in Kortrijk to talk about the work behind the work. How teams collaborate, how organisations change, how projects actually get done, and about everything that gets in the way.

Whether you've been at this for years and want to share what you've learned, or you're simply curious how others handle the same challenges: you're welcome. No experience required, no preparation needed.

Team leads, scrum masters, coaches, product owners, project managers, developers, testers, managers, but just as much people from HR, marketing or operations. Every perspective counts, and the best conversations here often happen between people who don't work in the same field at all.

We use the Lean Coffee format: no agenda, no speakers, no slides.

Participants bring the topics, we vote on them together, and we discuss whatever the group finds most interesting. Collaboration, leadership, AI, ways of working, change, focus, feedback. It's up to you.

To keep the energy levels high, pizza will be provided.

There is parking in front of the building. The barrier will open automatically. The event will take place at De Kade, the building located at the back right of the parking lot.
