Le Défi : Votre première automatisation métier avec l'IA

Ici, pas de longue théorie : place à l'action. Ce workshop est conçu pour permettre à des professionnels de collaborer afin d'automatiser un workflow d'entreprise de bout en bout. À la fin de l'atelier, chaque groupe repartira avec son automatisation fonctionnelle.
Pour cela, deux options s'offrent à vous :

• Option 1 – Votre cas d'usage sur-mesure : Vous venez en équipe avec des collègues ou vous avez une idée précise en tête ? Profitez-en pour configurer et tester directement un véritable processus métier propre à votre entreprise.
• Option 2 – L'exemple "skilder" : Vous n'avez pas d'idée de départ ou vous venez seul ? Aucun problème ! Vous rejoindrez un groupe pour tester l'exemple concret que nous avons préparé : automatiser la génération d'une présentation commerciale PowerPoint ultra-personnalisée pour un client. Vous découvrirez comment faire collaborer plusieurs briques (Marketing pour le message, Sales pour l'historique client, et Legal pour valider la conformité).

Que vous choisissiez l'option 1 ou l'option 2, l'objectif reste le même : apprendre à faire collaborer l'humain et l'IA pour automatiser vos tâches complexes de manière ultra-fiable. Pour vous remercier, vous repartirez avec votre accès à la plateforme skilder.

Choisissez votre moteur (Cloud vs Souveraineté Suisse 🇨🇭)

Avec Skilder, c'est vous qui gardez le contrôle de votre infrastructure. Durant l'atelier, vous découvrirez comment connecter vos automatisations aux géants du Cloud (ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot...) OU opter pour une souveraineté totale grâce à un LLM hébergé localement en Suisse chez Infomaniak.

• 📅 Quand : Mardi 23 juin 2026 dès 17h30 (Début de l'atelier à 18h15 précises).
• 📍 Lieu : Trust Village (EPFL), Route des Flumeaux 46, 1008 Prilly.
• 🔑 Note d'accès : Passage obligatoire par la loge de sécurité d’Unlimitrust (au croisement avec le Chemin de la Meunière) pour vous annoncer.
• 💻 Important : Prenez impérativement votre ordinateur portable (laptop) et votre chargeur !
• 🥂 Et après ? Fin de l'atelier à 19h15 (juste après un vote super rapide de 5 minutes sur notre tout nouvel onboarding), suivie d'un apéro dînatoire pour réseauter et débriefer librement.
