Klienter med svage sproglige kompetencer eller lav sundhedskompetence risikerer at blive tabt i mødet med MinLæge, digital post og et sundhedsvæsen, der forudsætter systemforståelse. “Fra digital til social” giver borgernære fagpersoner og digialt nysgerrige borgere konkrete greb til at spotte og støtte vejen mod en digital og social inklusion - som en forlængelse af Socialnavigatør-tankegangen vores arbejde i EU-PROMENS.
Kurset inddrager erfaringer og viden fra nyeste forskning og udvikling i bl.a. CARING-AI, MyHealth@MyHands, SHAFE Foundation og Mentastress.
