Wo ist KI im HR-Alltag wirklich sinnvoll, rechtssicher und wirtschaftlich einsetzbar?

HR rückt in die Rolle der Gestalter*innen datenbasierter Arbeitswelten – oft ohne klares KI-Rahmenwerk. Sie sollen Sparring Partner für das Business sein, schnelle Verbesserungen in Recruiting, HR Services und Personalentwicklung liefern, die richtigen Tools auswählen, Datenschutz und AI Act berücksichtigen und dabei IT, Legal und Business einbinden. Gleichzeitig bleibt unklar, welche Tools tragfähig sind, wo AI-Act-Anforderungen greifen und wie Governance aussehen kann. Und das alles parallel zum Tagesgeschäft.

In diesem halbtägigen Intensiv-Workshop kommen Sie von der Theorie ins Handeln: Sie testen relevante Tools, entwickeln sofort nutzbare Prompts und arbeiten an konkreten HR-Use-Cases. Ergänzt wird die Session durch einen wissenschaftlichen Impuls zu Change Management und KI-Transformation.

Wissenschaftlicher Impuls: Dr. Astrid Kleinhanns-Rollé

Assistant Professor, TU Wien – Institut für Managementwissenschaften. Sie forscht und lehrt zu Leadership im Kontext von Veränderung, Teamperformance und digitaler Führung und leitet Executive-Education-Programme im Bereich Leadership. Ihr Impuls: das Triple Loop of Change Modell und die Frage, wie Change Management die KI-Transformation in Unternehmen fördert.

Interaktiver Workshop: Carina Ebli-Korbel

Global People Development & Learning. Sie verantwortet die globale Personalentwicklung eines international produzierenden Unternehmens mit Schwerpunkt auf agilem Lernen, strategischem Skill Management und der Integration zukunftsorientierter Technologien in HR-Lernprozesse. Sie ist Lektorin an diversen Institutionen zum Thema Corporate Learning und KI in HR.
