How the evening runs (3 stages)

Stage 1 — Themed Networking

You vote on the night's themes through the registration form (Fundraising, HR, GTM, Product, Pricing, Hiring — whichever wins the room). We group you by background. Each group's representative shares the conversation's main takeaway on stage. Stage 2 — Pitches

What will we do?
What if an AI agent could not just write code, but also test it, find bugs, and verify correctness? In this hands-on session, we'll explore exactly that.
We'll start with a small existing application and experiment with AI tools to build testing agents around it. Think automated test generation, intelligent bug finding, and verification loops - powered by AI. We'll also use those testing tools to help us verify when we build a new feature, and try to put them into an improvement loop so we can see how the implementation and verification process can reinforce each other.
The goal is to see how far we can push agentic testing in practice and what it takes to make AI a real partner in quality assurance.
Whether you're skeptical or excited about AI in testing, come join and find out what's actually possible today.
What to bring
A laptop with access to your favorite AI tool (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.). If you want to be prepared, you can already set up the AI Based Testing App in this Repository.
Everyone is welcome
No prior AI expertise required, but some programming experience helps. If you've ever wondered whether AI can actually find bugs better than humans – this is your chance to find out.

In case there is no more parking space available in front of our office, we are allowed to use the company parking space at Fritsche, just across the street.
With public transport you can either take the regional train to Siggerwiesen, then it is only a short walk to us, or you can take the 111 bus: from Salzburg main station (direction Dorfbeuern via Weitwört Bf-Michaelbeuern) get off after about 10 minutes at the Großlehen stop, which is almost directly in front of our office.

The football summer may be over, but the next tournament is just kicking off - and this time, the teams are powered by AI.

Join AWS User Group Vienna for a special Agentic Football Cup edition hosted by us at the real football Generali Arena stadion: a hands-on workshop where you will build a team of autonomous AI agents, send them onto a virtual football pitch, and compete against other teams.

The Agentic Football Cup is a free, hands-on AWS workshop where you build a five-agent football team, deploy it on AWS, and watch it compete in live 5v5 matches. Each agent receives the live game state, makes an independent decision, and acts on the pitch alongside its teammates.

Behind the football theme are real-world patterns for building agentic applications: multi-agent orchestration, structured outputs, tool use, latency management, observability and repeatable evaluation. The agents run on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore and use foundation models to decide their next moves during the game.

Talk 1: The AI-First Playbook: Building and Growing a Business with AI (Vincent Jong)

Within 12 months, Vincent built four production-ready SaaS products with real paying customers — by himself. No team. No agency.

But here's what nobody talks about: as building got easier, growth got harder. The same forces that let one person ship in weeks have flooded the market with noise. Distribution is broken. Old PLG playbooks have shifted from top-of-funnel acquisition to a much harder game of qualification, conversion, and retention. And standing out when anyone can build anything has become the defining challenge of the AI era.

In this talk, Vincent pulls back the curtain on what building and growing actually looks like today: the stack, the constraints, the failures, and the strategies that do work — from designing for zero human intervention from day one, to why your product needs a sharp point of view rooted in real domain expertise, to why radical cost efficiency beats fundraising for most early-stage bets.

His advice to the product people: If you can build something in two weeks and put it in front of real users, you don't need a discovery interview. But if your ICP isn't genuinely excited — stop. Because finding customers has never been harder. And building has never been easier. That asymmetry is the only thing that matters right now.

Talk 2: What AI-Native Means for Product Roles and Leadership (Mario Deubler)

AI has quietly rewritten what a product person actually does, and the old assembly line of PM to designer to engineer is collapsing into something new: one person who can own a customer problem from first conversation to shipped product. Mario shares what that shift looked like from the inside of his own move to an AI-native way of working, and what it means for how product teams and orgs get built.

The shift everyone's missing isn't about tools — it's about the role. What a product person is is being redrawn: from one specialist in a handoff chain to one person who can own a customer problem end to end. And this changes how orgs are built, not just how individuals work. When leaders step back down into hands-on work, the team stops running on headcount and starts running on leverage, fed by shared context that reaches every person and every agent.

His advice to the product people: get closer to the building and get more business-fluent. The ones who thrive own the whole loop, not a slice of it.

About the Speakers
Vincent Jong is an AI-native product builder, founder of SaaS on the Beach and AI Campus Barcelona, and author of Product-Led Sales. As former CPO at Dealfront x Leadfeeder, he spent four years at Leadfeeder moving from VP Product to CPO to navigating the merger with Echobot and Dealfront before stepping out to build his own ideas. He now helps founders and product teams figure out what growth actually looks like when building has become a commodity.

Mario Deubler started as a software engineer in 2006 and spent nearly two decades in and around product, co-founding the influencer-marketing platform exomatch, then holding Head of Product and CPO roles at BuzzBird, Passion.io, and Temedica, and most recently CPO at 120 Ventures. At Passion.io he helped scale the US-based business from 100k to 10 million ARR in 18 months with the help of Product-led-Growth. Today he works as a Principal Product Operator (High-IC), helping teams transition to a fully AI-native way of building, and building alongside them, hands-on, not from a slide deck.

Welche Fähigkeiten sind der Schlüssel für ein erfolgreiches Bestehen in der Arbeitswelt von morgen? Die zukünftigen Dimensionen von Arbeit sind keine lineare Fortsetzung der bestehenden Gegebenheiten, sie sind ein Bruch damit.

Das Barcamp „Future Skills 2030“ schafft Raum für die Auseinandersetzung mit den Konsequenzen daraus. Als Experte für Future Skills skizziert Fried Grosse-Dunker von der Berliner Innovationsschmiede Dark Horse zu Beginn das Spielfeld, über dessen Ausgestaltung die TeilnehmerInnen gemeinsam entscheiden.

Das Barcamp markiert den Kick-Off für die anstehende Zusammenarbeit von bluebird.space und Dark Horse. Ab Herbst 2026 finden ausgewählte Academy-Trainings in Salzburg statt – erstmals außerhalb Berlins.

Damit versteht sich das Barcamp als kooperative Exploration, mit Möglichkeit für nachgelagerte Vertiefungen. Unabhängig vom Vorwissen ist es die Chance, sich partizipativ dem Thema anzunähern, seine Erfahrungen einzubringen, Fragen in den Raum zu werfen und mit einer geschärften Perspektive aus der Veranstaltung zu gehen.
