CityJS Athens 2026

CityJS Athens is back this October, from 21–23 October, bringing together the JavaScript community for two days of workshops, a community meetup, and a full conference day at the Athens War Museum.

As we enter the AI era, CityJS Athens is evolving too. This year's program will feature more content focused on AI, while continuing to showcase the latest developments, tools, and trends across the JavaScript ecosystem.

Φίλοι του Bitcoin και των κρυπτονομισμάτων, με αφορμή το σχέδιο νόμου για την φορολόγηση των κρυπτονομισμάτων με 10% της κυβέρνησης, φιλοξενούμε ένα πάνελ νομικών και φοροτεχνικών που θα απαντήσουν στις ερωτήσεις σας την Παρασκευή 30 Οκτωβρίου στις 19:30. Μετά θα συνεχίσουμε στην καθιερωμένη συζήτηση και networking με συνοδεία πίτσας και μπύρας.

Οι ομιλητές είναι:

- Ο Βαγγέλης Αηδόνης είναι δικηγόρος, με εξειδίκευση στο φορολογικό και κληρονομικό δίκαιο, και Partner στην KBVL Law Firm, μέλος του διεθνούς δικτύου Deloitte Legal.
- Ο Κωνσταντίνος Νανόπουλος είναι φοροτεχνικός, σύμβουλος επιχειρήσεων και ιδιοκτήτης της TaxExperts. Ο Κωνσταντίνος μίλησε για πρώτη φορά στο meetup μας το 2017.

Ενδεικτικά θέματα συζήτησης:

- Το σχέδιο νόμου της κυβέρνησης για τη φορολόγηση των κρυπτονομισμάτων που βρίσκεται σε δημόσια διαβούλευση μέχρι τις 24 Οκτωβρίου. Δεν έχει κατατεθεί ακόμη στη Βουλή.
- Πως τα ανταλλακτήρια κρυπτονομισμάτων θα ενημερώνουν τις Ελληνικές αρχές για τις κινήσεις σας από 2026-01-01 μέσω της νομοθεσίας DAC8 και CARF.
- Τι παραστατικά πρέπει να κρατάω για τις κινήσεις μου;
- Πως θα λειτουργήσει η αμνηστία του ενός έτους;
- Πως μπορούν να δέχονται οι επιχειρήσεις και οι επαγγελματίες πληρωμές με κρυπτονομίσματα με νόμιμο τρόπο και πως θα φορολογηθούν για αυτό;
- Πως φορολογούνται miners, stakers, NFTs και κληρονομιές;
- Μπορεί μια αγοραπωλησία ακινήτου να γίνει με κρυπτονομίσματα στην Ελλάδα;
- Ζημίες από αγοραπωλησίες κρυπτονομισμάτων μπορούν να δηλωθούν στην εφορία από 1) φυσικά πρόσωπα και 2) νομικά πρόσωπα;
