### What the day will look like:

1. Introduction and setting up: Find a comfortable spot in the main room, set up your workspace and grab a Club Mate, soft drink, or a coffee to get your day started.

2. Work Session: Dive into your project, seek assistance, and collaborate with others.

3. Sharing Session: Optional, but encouraged! Share what you've worked on, your challenges, and triumphs.

Curious about coding but not sure where to start? Join us in SLTC, a free beginner-friendly workshop designed for women+ who want to explore tech in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Organised by 42 Belgium, this workshop series creates a space where women+ can learn, experiment, and connect with others who are curious about technology.

Each edition focuses on a different area of programming and combines hands-on learning with inspiration and community.

In this workshop, we’ll explore Shell, the interface that allows you to interact directly with your computer through commands.

You’ll learn the basics of navigating your system, running commands, and understanding how developers work with the terminal in their everyday workflow. No prior coding experience is required, this session is designed especially for beginners.

Target group: Functional Tester, Agile Tester, User Acceptance Tester, Test Automation Specialist, Performance Testing Specialist, Testing Team Lead, Test Manager, Business analyst

Prerequisites: candidates must hold the Foundation Certificate and demonstrate sufficient practical experience.

Duration: 3 days.

Training objectives:

• Know how to perform the appropriate testing activities based on the software development life cycle being used
• Be able to determine the proper prioritization of the testing activities based on the information provided by the risk analysis
• Learn how to select and apply appropriate test techniques to ensure that tests provide an adequate level of confidence, based on defined coverage criteria
